You achieved this save in enhanced edition right ? In that case, you've singlehandedly proved wiki wrong. Because wiki says all op random drops removed in enhanced edition. I wonder where is the diagram for beann'shie in game files.

Actually I made a save before I entered the asylum and just went towards that chest where it's should spawn. I'd just repeat the whole run in case I hadn't found either one of those rare diagrams or weapons.
Saving just before the fight with the second pair of wraith should work as well. I haven't tested it personally but it would definitely save up some time trying to farm the diagram.
Indeed. I wish there was an easier way to get them other than trying over and over again, waiting for them to spawn as a random loot in some random chest. I got this one after tens of reloads and retries, killed the same wraiths over and over again.
I think I found one in one of my previous playthrough, one that gave +25% extra damage against wraiths, but unfortunately I don't have that save file anymore. It wasn't documented on The Witcher Wiki either. I was surprised to see that no one made a mod featuring those rare weapons so far, but I guess this game is somewhat hard to get resources out from.
