Wow! Thanks a lot for this and your other 2 bug fixing mods. That's a nice timing because I wanted to replay Witcher 2, and these bugs were really annoying!
Btw, do you know anything about bugs that are related to story abilities? I am talking about this mod here: https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher2/mods/823
I wonder if you could check it and say how to revert "Resistance To Magic" to default (if your knowledge is sufficient) because sadly it doesn't work anymore if you use this mod?
I have fixed only the things that bothered me...and I decided to share them here... because why not. I will not be doing anything that i don't see a value in, like fixing other mods (especially those i don't use or those i like in their current state:)))) or adding things that are not supposed to be in the game.
I don't have the time, will or need to do so. I suggest to everyone here with mod requests etc...to learn how to mod and do something they want themselves (this is why i've done those 3 W2 and 1 W3 fixes myself, because i wanted those issues fixed, so i learned and fixed them myself...), and perhaps share it for the rest of us. Besides, you can check the top comment from the 2nd june, where gsuskryst actually tells you how to fix it:)
Hi, thanks for the mod! Could you share some tips/resources for teaching oneself how to create mods? I haven't had much luck finding anything specific through google searches, the only things that come up are how to install mods.
Saw a few discussions on the Story Ability Bug Fixes mod and saw a suggestion that might work. It said not to extract the "q104_eldan_and_cymoril.w2phase" file from the archive. That file introduces the bug. Just go ahead extracting the others and merge them in your "CookedPC" folder. But I don't know if this works 100%
Hi, soudruhu, not right now (I've noticed nothing really game-breaking that has not yet been fixed apart form some visuals)...One guy also contacted me about the penitent monk - he somehow managed to get it working (so that the monk gives you some stuff), but he has not yet posted anything...
Never, I have never been the "illustrious" type...If you remember quest from the witcher 3 called "The Volunteer", then if you leave the troll alive, either you or he paints a Redanian eagle on a boat's remains. Troll's eagle is beautiful, Geralt's eagle is a trash...and if i was to paint it, Geralt's eagle would seem beautiful compared to mine:)
I might try to fix the "orange sky" bug on Roche's path though...but no promises

Do you do any texture modding with Witcher 2? Just curious. :)
I might try to fix the "orange sky" bug on Roche's path though...but no promises
