In order to change timescale while having a mod that already edits base_scripts - you have to:

Modify the game.ws file located in your base_script > engine folder. Find the line SetHoursPerMinute( 0.25f ) and change it to whatever you like (0.25 means it takes 4 minutes irl for an hour to pass ingame). Note that if you already have a savefile - you need to access meditation for the changes to take effect.

Does this mod work if I already use another mod that edits base_scripts?

Late reply I know. But in case anyone else has mods that edit base_scripts - you will have to manually make changes yourself. Read the pinned post.

Can you provide any specifics? Like how much time you added, how long till it moves to another setting? No problems when using meditation etc?

Also for those who have modified base_script. Can you provide the editable line so we could edit it ourselves? There's a couple of mods on top of my base_script file"

    Thanks! :)

Not sure I understand the question. The usual witcher timescale is 15 ingame mins= 1 irl min. With my mod its 6:1. Shouldn't cause any problems using meditation.

Modify the game.ws file located in your base_script > engine folder. So let's say I would like 30 mins in real life in order to make it to an hour. What value should I use? If load my current save. I have to do a meditation of any time then after that. It'll naturally occur to what setting I choose(in this case 30 mins?).

SetHoursPerMinute( 0.033f ) thats approximately 30mins to 1 hour ingame.

It should work by just accessing the clock section of meditation. Shouldn't be necessary to pass time.
