I lost my old saves some time ago so, I replayed the game with TW3 soon to be released but i didn't want to spend to much time so, I used a trainer to simplify things doing the same choice i had with my lost saves.
General Info: did all the side quest, built all the dark sets and epic armor and weapons.
Now, the choices:
Prologue
-Aryan La Valette is alive and helped him escape the dungeon.

Act I
-Scent of incense: took the original formula, closet the store, and killed the drug dealers.
-In the claws of madness: killed the ghost and and took Gridley and Rupert to Loredo's mother.
-Malena: let her free
-Troll trouble: killed bad guys, brought the she-troll head to the troll and let him live.
-Rose of remembrance: boned Triss
Saved the elves instead of killing Loredo

Act II
-Death symbolized: convinced the ghost im one of the Banner. 
-With flickering heart: killed the elf after he attacked me and boned the succubus.
-Where is triss merigold: Spared the troll and the mercenaries
-Suspect: Thorak: killed him 
-Royal blood: Stennis is alive

Act III
-The secrets of Loc Muinne: Cynthia is alive and boned her.
-from a bygone era: killed the operator.
-Sile de Tansarville is alive.
-Helped Iorveth lifting the curse of Saskia and spared Letho.
