It's actually really hard to play the game with this replacement. The animations make Triss very clunky and difficult to do combat with.
Not only this... it's is literally impossible to complete the tutorial since Triss can't perform the base actions that Geralt can. if it is fixable please consider looking into it. I really want a good female replacement mod... =(
New Redkit aka Red Tools, found here. Im assuming you need this program to open the pack0.dzip file, to replace Geralt's Meshes with the Modded Textures, and Redkit is the only way to Unzip a .dzip file. (Would be nice if the uploader just included the modded .dzip file).

Works on The Witcher 2 - Enhanced Edition, just need to do the same to Summer and Winter dzip Files Doh You Probably Get Glitches as it was not meant for that version.
....CookedPC\items\Geralt ....\CookedPC\characters\templates\witcher pack0, Summer, Winter dzip are in the Game Directory doh best you make backup of thoes files and saves because also it seems to be Cooked Into Saves Even After When Restoring the Original Files, So You Get Floating Geralt Head.

i jyst had to turn off all the dlc features, altough, there seems to still be some bugs during the cutscenes
