?Hi I have a question, may be someone could help me? Who knows what files do you need to edit if I want to change game responsivness and increase at animation speed? (know how to use Gibbed editor)
I know that Full Combat Rebalance mod did that, but there is no detail description how to mod only this few things because I don't want to install FCR, need just a few tweaks.
This seems like a really great mod, but I was wondering if it is possible to disable the manual aiming of melee attacks and such. Ideally I would like to play with a gamepad. Having to aim the camera with analogue stick wherever I want to attack is not ideal with a controller :\ Sorry if this question has been asked before, or if it's mentioned in the documentation (I've been looking around, with no luck so far).
Could you please remove the riposte swirl. It looks bad in comparison to vanilla riposte and I don't know why that particular talent is enabled by default. With piroutte and dodge player can choose which animation looks better (IMO piroutte, main reason I play with this mod). But Geralt swirling like a tornado simply looks ridiculous.
Does anyone know which button I must click for the mod to save my camera settings. I looked through the ini and leftCtrl seems the only one likely but nothing happens when I click it. I have no idea what Gamekey=GI_ADIST_Medium is and it isn't explained on this page or in the instructions how to save camera settings. As things stand my camera setting just resets after new load.
If you use the mod and play with a controller you cannot change the X and Z axis of the camera position. I managed to fix that.
But there is another problem: the sprint function is completely broken, can anyone help? The only way to stop sprinting is by using the new "fists" keybind, and if you sprint while having a sword equipped then there is no way to stop it at all. Geralt turns into a crazy runaway unstoppable train, which is funny, but not playable.
My Gamepad settings for the 360 controller, I tried souls series style R1/R2 attack but it felt off because you need an extra button modifier to execute attacks. Just paste it in user.ini
Quick attack = A Strong Attack = X Roll = B Item = Y R1 = Walk and medium modifier R2 = Long modifier L1 = Block L2 = Quick Menu Right thumbpress = ard spell D-pad UP - Spell change
I've added your settings to my INI. The xbox controller would not even work with this mod without your settings. How could they not be included. The installation instructions for the User.INI edit was so bass-ackwards with the part you needed to paste in at the very bottom of everything I didn't need to read. lol but I like this mod. It seems that Full Combat Rebalance is the mod that when installed along with this will break the game. That is the incompatibility that I found.
I wonder if there's a way to get back out of first-person view when you go into it with F4 I can't figure a way to go back to over-the-shoulder view. Also another mod seems to interfere with d-pad up changing spells, otherwise they all work the way you wrote the INI settings. The weird thing is that nothing has changed in the key-bindings or in the user.ini file from the way I had d-pad up working originally. Would be nice but it's pretty cool the way it is now even without easy changing to the next spell.

How? Why?
Vigor changes are welcomed (like shadowthorne's edit) to make the gameplay less spammy and more tactical like the souls series.
These settings work well for me:
CameraFOV=74
CameraInOut=0.0
CameraLeftRight=0.0
CameraUpDown=-0.0
TURN CROSSHAIR OFF WITH B
My Gamepad settings for the 360 controller, I tried souls series style R1/R2 attack but it felt off because you need an extra button modifier to execute attacks. Just paste it in user.ini
