    The mod description is a bit lean, but I do correctly infer from the title that this mod is to be used on top of the full combat rebalance?

    Or is it just those three features listed in the description, in a stand-alone package?

    In Chapter 3 the Steel Plate Enchancements don't show up when trying to craft the Kinslayer set, anyone know how to solve that problem?
