I downloaded the Triss version. The mod works just as intended. I really like how this video fits in with the game (which, in its 2/3 is about rescuing Triss, after all) and also looks good. Endorsed!
UPDATE: Finished my playthrough with that mod. It's even better than I gave it credit for before - when you're in chapter 2, you spend a lot of the time working towards the goal of finding Triss before you actually find her. This mod really sets in the tone of the game and puts you in the right mindset.
