Greatly everyone This is my very first mod I made. Any feedback or report are welcomed but take it easy. I won't make miracle I made this as a personal use because I don't like when my characters change appearance when I have to choose the best stats.
I did try to do the same for Witcher 1, but it was unsuccessful. Unless someone of you know how to do. As for Witcher 3...well there are already mods for that. But I attempt to make another "Swap Appearance" for this game.
By the way, I'm open for request! You have to tell me which equipment you want and I will publish in the optional files. But of course, you can just edit the XML files and edit "equip_template" code line at your own. That's where to change the appearance.
awesome mod. Been looking for this for a long time. The only thing would be changing the steel sword to the Sword of Caingorn. It looks simple to me. Witcher style. And I'm just pissed off with long handles on swords. This is the most hidden version

If it is possible to directly request a retexture. It will not be difficult for you to retexture all swords on Rusty steel sword. If this is not possible, then it's okay.

I can't understand you if you keep thinking that way. I don't touch texture at all, just which "'appearance" the gears or swords should render in-game.
So please be mindful and tell me exactly which appearance you want for each Armour, Gloves, Boots, Pants, Steel and Silver. Their full name, and without questioning the mod or me.
P.S: I manage to get the "Barber-surgeon", if it's what you ask.

Awesome mod!, this is the only one I use for witcher 2 since I don't like some of the appearances of the gear available, I have a petition, could you add the "Hardened leather jacket" to the armor that can be swapped?, I really like that one but can't get the template code for that one
It always bothered me that he starts dressed one way and then in the next part of the story he's dressed another way. I was hoping for a mod like this.

You may overwrite it without losing the other swap equipment.

"cm_witch2" is Studded leather jacket
"cm_witch3" is Excellent leather jacket
"cm_witch4" is Raven's Armor
You can replace each other with another appearance
The file may be extracted using "UnBIF.exe"
I modified it like this
I have successfully modified Studded leather jacket into Excellent leather jacket style
There are also three routes of Raven's Armor armor, all changed to W2 style
