For some reason it doesn't work for me. Using Steam version. I can hear the voice off but no the audio from the video itself.
EDIT: I just fixed it. I just found out vortex was making a mess and I installed all the mods manually but I forgot to delete some folders I left behind with some files that they were making this problem
I didn't structure this mod with any sort of mod manager support in mind. But the installation is as simple as dragging the folder in the .zip file into the main folder of the game.
They are split in 3 categories because of their size. Each package covers a different area of cutscenes. You can download all packages to improve 100% of the cutscenes or you can simply pick and choose.
Max détails on 4096x2160 HDR+ for intro but sadly the engine work only on 3840x2160 HDR + for me. I was glad to try the 1080P mod by VIK9183 but this 4k mod is an other step. Nice work.

Witcher 2 uses .usm files and they are a lot trickier to work with. With Bink, it's as simple as replacing the files. USM Files have more restrictions baked into them, I would probably need to use REDkit for it.
