You can make normal maps from the base diffuse texture with Materialize: https://boundingboxsoftware.com/materialize/ But with this method, the "height" of the normal map depends on the light/dark values of the one which you made from. That is the color / diffuse texture. The best method for "normal map" is made from the original "high res" 3D model, but that is a completely other story.
Your work with all these characters is really excellent! I love the Witcher 1 and all of the characters have their own style, but some of them I always felt were certainly lacking. You really improved Zoltan, and Radovid here looks great.
I saw once you said you had plans to add a 'bearded' Geralt face, do you still have the time to add this? I know working with hair on face textures will look weird so I understand if it is a lot to do.
Many thanks for all your hard work. I can only play the game using some of these textures now, they are that good!

I have just modded his model in my game to make him have the default appearance and not use your new Radovid face.
If anyone's interested, I could upload the mod, maybe as an addition to yours Hiuuz.
Oh, I didn't know that! I will send a PM to you!

Yes I worked on a bearded Geralt, but at the moment I have other plans for TW2. But everything could happen!

What other roles does W1 have?
After completing it, I plan to experience it once
