   Really like the new look.  Only difference between this one and The Witcher 3 is that he doesn't have the W3 hat.  Still this is close enough :)

      I tried to make a blonde, everything is fine in cut scenes, but in a normal game all textures are black

   Man, seeing this reminded me of how bad TW1 Dandelion looked. There's no saving for the poor man. Still an improvement though!

      Yes! Character face changes after the first game did very good to the series! Except Geralt IMO :)
      They should have try to catch the look of Geralt in the TW1 Intro/Outro.

      I didn't forget that, but first I would like to complete the TW3 characters, Vesmeir, Lambert, Eskel and Zoltan in the row. After that I will do Triss and Dandelion from TW2 I promise :)

      Hey, I should work on my new W1 Geralt head for W2 and W3 :) But Zoltan's and Vesemir's face are in my mind at the moment. Yaevin full retexture is a work in progress but it's a lot more work.

    Hmmm, not bad. My only issue with it is that he's got the moustache shaved in Witcher 2 as well, so that does create an inconsistent look between games.
    
    Overall I think he looks way better in W2 than in W3, but that's just my opinion.

       Not perfect but the 3D model is the original TW1 head and it has much difference compared to the TW3 head.
       
       I also think TW2 Dandelion looks better. But I started the row with TW3 Geralt and I can't brake the rule :)
