I just wanted to let you know somewhere that I love your work and I am very grateful that you decided to share it with others.
I have read in some comments section of your mods a bit of hate here and there (especially, coming from people who have only played the third title), like: "You have ruined Geralt", "Now he is uglier", etc.
Ignore them, because to me and other users, we think you are the best at what you do. What you have proposed, to bring the appearances of the characters from the first game to the others titles, those from the third to the first and vice versa, is an incredible and super interesting idea (not to say incredibly lore-friendly, of course).
The quality of your mods is absolutely incredible. Sorry if I made some grammar mistake, English is not my main language; but I wanted to let you know.

When I first heard about The Witcher, TW3 came out, but I thought I should start with the first one. That was the best choice what I could made! I played through the game and than read all the books. I saw TW1 Geralt's face every page what I read. After that I can't play TW2 and 3, because the face change. Despite I made the mods still didn't :)
Never mind, I didn't find any, my english also terrible :)
Great work. Please, any possibility to make her have green eyes like in TW3? Right now she just uses oko_1.dds which is the same brown eye that a million other NPC's use. If I change that texture, it makes them all have green eyes.
Hi. pics from the mod look like a definite improvement on her face, but I'm already fondly attached to the mod "Natural Shani" (https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher/mods/783_) as that mod has much needed overhauls her outfit.
I appreciate your work here, but.. would it be possible to patch "just the head" from your mod for use with the clothes/body from Natural Shani?
Not sure if that is possible, just figured I'd ask. Thanks!
Thank you, and yes! You can use my mod with any other. One thing you have to do: search the "DATA" folder for the same files which are in my mod. If you find any, you must replace them with my files.
Hey! Now that Shani and Triss mods are done, are you planning on doing the Witcher 1 intro Geralt face mod next? That's probably the only major Witcher 1 mod remaining.
By the way, great job on the Shani mod especially! She looks hot!
Yes, the goal is a complete remaster of Geralt, face and all 5 armor. But before that I make a complete retexture of Yaevinn. I will try a few things on him to improve my skills. Geralt must be the crown of this game!
Most of the characters have 1024x1024 textures. Siegfried look relatively good, but eg. Yaevinn (scoia'tael armor) and Kalkstein clothes are only 512x512. So he is not on the list.
