I have downloaded the NIVIDIA inspector, but the .nip file is downloading as a .7z file and is obviously not being recognized. I cannot see a way around this except is it possible it has something to do with the .NET 4 that is mentioned.
As for the settings, the driver probably automatically lowers the quality of the shadows (even if we choose high), because in Nvidia Profile Inspector there is such a note in the settings, it is also unlikely that antialiasing has anything to do with HBAO, but I will test it.
Do you have Texture Dwongrade Fix installed? You see blurry textures if you do not use Texture Downgrade Fix because they appear in a lower resolution.

In the game directory?
You have to install the program and import the profile there from the file.
I think I expressed myself wrong. Where do I import the file to? I know where I'm getting the file from.
Sorry, but my english isn't the best.
It seems HBAO is not working correctly via NVIDIA Profile Inspector anymore, have a look at this video I've made:
It looks like Ambient Occlusion only works when the camera is set to a specific angle.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this? Is HBAO still working on your setup?

Game is installed on a Samsung SSD. NVIDIA drivers are latest from a few days ago.
