Congradulations, you've done the best Geralt retexture by far.
The paler version one is just outstanding.

    Thank you a lot!
    Endorsed!

    ---------------

    EDIT:
After a while, I realized that my General was not exactly the same as
the one of the mod page and I didn't know why...

In case someone had a problem with this mod, like I had,
I would like to leave a quick guide to install it correctly:

           -   1º)  You have to install first Geralt Face Retexture (Face from The Witcher 3).
           -   2º)  Then, you download this mod to overwrite the first one.

Since Geralt Face Retexture (Face from The Witcher 3) does not appear in "Requiremets",
it was not clear to me if it had to be downloaded first.
When I downloaded this mod only, it took me a while to realize that
my Geralt was not exactly the same as the one on the mod page.
    And that was why!

You are right, the pale white eyebrows version is the best Gerry retexture for W1 in Nexus!

Sorry for the lack of responses, i wasn't being notified of comments for the witcher 1. I made this so long ago I don't remember what I did and apparently didn't do something right. Thanks GauntM75, for discovering and fixing whatever I messed up.

Any chance you'll release a version of the pale retexture without the striga scar? When playing The Price of Neutrality, it's anachronistic.

This is the best Geralt ever seen . Wish there is same face mod like this.

Guys Gaunt is absolutely right in his earlier comment, install first "Geralt of Rivia Retexture face from W3" and then override it with this mod's files
That gives imo the best W1 Gerry retexture in Nexus, absolutely terrific work (I went for the pale version located in the optional files)

For some reason, the striga scar always ends up on the opposite side of his neck than in the screen shots when i use this mod. Not the same side as his eye scar.

Hey, do you think you could make an optional stubble/beard texture like you did with your Witcher 2 version? It'd be great if it had white eyebrows too.

Well...those who like older Geralt might appreciate, but in Witcher 1 Geralt is supposed to be young, despite how old he is in years, he ages slowly, but visually he should look the way he actually is made in the game originally, vanilla version, specifically those wrinkles are in the way. In Witcher 1 he looks like ~35+ year old, Witcher 2 is a direct sequel if not mistaken, so age shouldn't really change. Witcher 3 has a great time skip where he is much older now, where he starts to show wrinkles and everything.
My point is that sadly this mod is not immersive for those who want it.

I think anyone who has played from 1 to 2 can tell you that Geralt's appearance is wildly inconsistent.
For example, in the first Witcher, Geralt had milky white hair, while in the 2nd game he has a more grey-like hair. His eyebrows are also of a different shape and color.
Also, the Witcher 3 only has a 5-year time skip. That's a breeze for a Witcher. Vesemir is centuries old, yet he only looks like a middle-aged man.

Hi, I am replaying TW now and wondered, how did you get original Geralt's face with headband?, I would love to play that way, lore friendly, thank you in advance!...

The normal map has the vanilla scars and has very low color quality. Judging by your screenshots, you forgot to add your custom normal map when uploading.
