Sadly, the owner and creator of Pinnacle, Robert Kulanko, passed away in April 2018 and some hackers took over Pinnacle and its website. Ever since then, the Pinnacle Game Profile has become a malware and trojan app that only infects your PC.
What on earth do you mean by "import thewitcher.pin file"?
Edit: I can't even get Pinnacle to launch for me. There's a screen that pops up that has a progress bar but it immediately closes again. I think it's a Windows 10 issue because the only person I found who posted about the same problem on the Pinnacle forum was also using Windows 10. Don't know how to fix it, though.
The guy who created pinnacle moved on to develop brand new software called Padstarr. Its basically a streamlined, user friendly version of pinnacle. Its much improved in pretty much every aspect.

Also here's another one "How do I change stances." though i'm sure he meant combat style/stance so this is the same as Question #1
Now I have my own Question, How do I use the "Alt" feature to essentially scan (AKA WITCHER SENSE) my surrounding area to see whats interactive and what is not? I'm new to the game and this is VITAL for me lol, don't tell me I'm gonna have to stay near my keyboard for this.. Oh wait I just got an idea, maybe I can edit the profile through pinnacle via EDIT and assign the PS Button/XBOX System button to be used as "ALT" since it's not assigned to anything anyways lol. Now, we only have the Question "How do I change my stance" remaining...
One second, before I post this, I just realized there's something toggable in Pinnacle called "Shift-Red" or something, I guess it has a little bit of a different mapping... I hope this fixes the stance thing and alt button witcher senses issue I mentioned earlier.
Side note, it has the Pause Menu replace the Save button from the first profile so that's good, (Hated it) It's not much of a hassle to save my game through the main menu anyways.
This Pinnacle profile does not work for me. I installed it as per the instructions in the description, but I can't move nor click anything with my Afterglow 360 controller.
I tried restarting both the game and Pinnacle, but it refuses to work. Unless, somehow I'm missing something.

just use winrar or something to open the folder, it should be in there. couldn't open mine at first b/c I forgot to safely eject the stick I had it on.
Hi, i have a problem with the mod, it's not working. I installed pinnacle and imported your file i've downloaded from here. Then i started the game over pinnacle but controller (Xbox One wired) is not working. Do i have to configurate something in pinnacle? I did just what you wrote here, so there is under the profile "no configuration found for this device". What should i do?
This is amazing, and I'm loving this right now. My only question would be how I would add a walk function to the controls? I have the Flash mod which adds a walk function, but maps it to a different key, so I'd like joystick forward slightly to be mapped to that key. Is this possible?
Edit - Nevermind, figured it out, I just changed the wsad mapping to a custom one. Thanks for the great configuration!
