Yes, it is possible. I've uploaded a second version of the lavender outfit with the fishnet sleeves and stockings removed. (I kept the little triangle of fishnet in the cleavage, since it looks as if Triss would fall out of her dress if it weren't there. )
I'm no artist, though, so I can't paint on a high-quality skin tone with moles and interesting shadings and all of that; it's a very plain skin tone. But if you really hate fishnet, then it might be worth it.

Skintone would be fine or maybe for the regular outfit a brown or tan and either skintone or black or even the lavender for the lavender version.
