I've written a step-by-step tutorial on how to export models with the help of my script, you can read it on Djinni Wiki: http://djinni.wikia.com/wiki/Exporting_from_Blender The tutorial is for users who are inexperienced with Blender.
I think the description doesn't explain everything and takes some things for granted -- e.g. that you need to prepare your own model first and save it and you need to know how to UV-map in Blender -- so if time permits I will prepare a simple videotutorial. I will correct the description a bit anyway.
Thanks a lot for nice comments. As for The Witcher 2, serious modding is not possible now in my opinion. There's no problem with making minor mods like retexture mods or small rebalances because there are those XML files which you can edit but serious things, like adding extra content, adding scripts to the mod, adding extra adventures are next to impossible now. We have to wait for the editor. Unfortunately, I suspect that publishing the editor and giving it to the modding community is not the top priority now, perhaps the console version and polishing the PC version are the most important things for the CDPR now. I'd rather be wrong about this, of course. Corylea wrote in one of the posts that she had invested about 1000 hours of work in the Medical Problems part two, as far as I remember. And yes, that's true, you have to invest lots and lots of time for the mod to be really good. If the editor is released at the end of the year, we can expect good big mods somewhere around the end of the next year.
I really enjoyed what you made for the first witcher. Can we expect something for the witcher 2? Hell, do you think it will be even possible? Big kudos for the work
