In case of using a few texture mods- if the mods change the same files, it's going to be like the author of 4K Characters... explained: "one mod willoverwrite the other depending on the order of installation." But you can also remove duplicate files, so the mods can work alongside without conflicting.
Look for the cr_.dds files, they are responsible for characters and monsters, since Arthandas' mod specialises in their upscaling, my suggestion is to remove/backup character files from a mod, in this case the Overhaul, so that his changes take priority for certain. I personally think A.I. Upscaled Textures is much better than TWOP itself, it even combines The Witcher Overhaul's textures, so you'll have that and more.
