   is it possible to have a save file in the same game stage with all the upgrades and skill/talents unlock? or maybe increase like millions of KG in weed stocks for sale? also is there a way to mod or edit save? I apologize I dont mod games and i dont know how this work lol
   
   
   Can you make a 3rd city version too? like flint > boulder/fargo > new york with same 10 mil and maybe more than 100kg of all strains?
