I've not been actively modding Watch Dogs games for a while, but I noticed that after I released my No More Rain mod, a few people wanted the exact opposite - a mod that made it always rain. I dismissed them as trolls, but the requests kept on coming. I finally decided to look into it, and a very short amount of time later, I made this mod, which makes the weather stormy 24/7, unless a mission or cutscene calls for a specific weather type.
If you choose to use this mod, there's one thing I ask of you - don't use it for videos like those "4K Ultra HD Ray Tracing Epic Graphics" showcase videos. Far too many of them have wet roads everywhere to make things look more visually appealing than they are - YouTube could use less of those, and the last thing I want is to contribute to that.
