   I've uploaded DisruptManager versions of all my mods, it never crossed my mind that ManageLegion wasn't compatible with the Steam
   release.

   I've tried installing this every way and it keeps making my game crash. Very frustrating. Any ideas why? I reinstalled the game and started a new game...

   This mods interferes with other mods such as Prestige Operatives which also gives Playable Jackson and Multi Drone Mod. Prestige Operative gives playable Jackson without any skills. It would be nice if you could make the Mods play nice with each other as I like the skill set of this mod, but do not want to sacrifice Prestige Operatives or Multi Drone Mods to use it.  The version I am referencing is the Manage Legion version of the mod.

   Have you tried AI generating voice lines? its not perfect but it could work
