   I've uploaded DisruptManager versions of all my mods, it never crossed my mind that ManageLegion wasn't compatible with the Steam
   release.

      I can't guarantee any mods work online, seems to be hit or miss.  They never officially patched mods out of online this time but they don't support them either.

      i doubt it in watch dogs 2 if you modded the game it disabled online mode

   To install you need to put it into watchdogs legion/bin/scripthook/data/scripts/(the mod)

      i dont have a script hook folder in my game directory
      do i need to just make one or is this some kind of mod manager or something?

   This mod makes the game so much more fun.
   That cooldown just slows down the gameplay pointlessly.
   
   I preferred the WD2 way of 'charging' your hacks from enemies.
