If you have problems with clicking the Activate checkbox: Make sure you have disabled BattlEye Anti-Cheat before trying to use the editor, and make sure you have followed all steps in the Getting Started section of the mod page.
For advanced troubleshooting: Right click on the Activate entry and the error will be displayed on the first line.
If you are using Nomad's ScriptHook and changes aren't being saved: Disable ScriptHook before modifying abilities. ScriptHook blocks changes to NPC data from being saved to the savegame. You can re-enable ScriptHook afterwards.

Hi folks, v1.3.1 adds a highly requested feature - the ability to create a completely custom skill deck! Using the new Perk Editor, you can mix and match individual perks from different character decks to create your ideal operative. This also means that you can exceed the 4-skill limit and have 5 or more skills for your character.
Perks can be used to add passive skills, unlock weapon types for your character, change their Takedown animations, their melee fighting style and more.
Perks are added on top of those provided by your operative's current character deck, meaning you will have the perks from your current character deck, plus the perks set using the perk editor.
How to add perks: 1. Select an inactive operative 2. Select [ Load NPC Data ] > [ Perks ] 3. Choose your desired perks from the dropdown list. 4. Click [ Save Changes ] when done editing.
Examples:
Add "Passive_DamageResist" to add the "Physically Fit" skill.
Add "Twist_SecondWind" to add the Berserker skill.
Add "Passive_Gunkata" and "Passive_Combat Roll" to add the Gunkata and Combat Roll skills, respectively.
Add the WeaponProgression_* perks to unlock the use of all weapons of that specified type for your operative. e.g. WeaponProgression_AssaultRifle
For those who want to see the list of available perks, I've put up a full list here. You can see which character cards include which perks here.
The appearance code feature allows you to share character appearance codes with the community and import appearances that others have created. Appearance codes capture an operative's complete appearance, including clothing and any extra customizations that you have made.
Feel free to upload your character creations to the Nexus image share to share them with the community!

Anyone know how to enable PVP inside a lobby via lua scripts? It would be nice to emulate Watch Dogs (1)'s 'Adversarial Free Roam' toggle, where multiple players with this enabled would be able to engage in PvP with each other.
Is it possible, and hear me out, to make it to wear you can equipped two different outer wear. I’ve been wanting to make this jacket/hoodie combo for my modded assassin character but currently it doesn’t seem possible to do so. Even after messing around with the 7.4 cheat engines Apparel tab I just can’t seem to figure it out. If someone smarter than could possibly figure this out please give me a heads up. Thanks
Good Day!, I'm new in WDL and I'm trying to create a Hitman/Assassin Operator I just can't figure out how to make darcy_takedown animation work with the Gunkata properly. I managed to put them both in the perks but what happens is Darcy's assassination works fine, but the the Gunkata will only work if you're aiming the weapon. Basically, you can't pull out you're weapon, its just holstered maybe because of darcy's animation. The Gunkata will still work but youll have to aim the weapon point blank then press F. Is there any solution??
This is the individual ID number to find Sabine's outfit, this is for those who don't like character IDs (when installed, a Sabine cannot change outfits with the same model) or just like outfits and not like character model use that outfits.
By the way, I also have the costume IDs of all the boss and deadsec support characters for those who like the costumes but only want to change them for your character. by the way, that bastard Reampat in DLC; malik and dalton won't have it because they all wear vest suits as well which are easy to find that in game. As for Emma Child, I couldn't find or missed her shoe, although I didn't think it was too important.
(i forgot, if anyone finds out the IDs of Nigel's combat armor pieces, please pin them below this. The reason is that I've already searched but only find the helmet and body armor have not been found)
