Designed as a joke mod, this lowers the graphics enough to make PS1 Tomb Raider look like an RTX showcase. Seriously, you can't see pedestrians or cars two feet in front of you, and everything is super low-poly. I'd be genuinely surprised if someone beat the game with this installed. Obviously siginificantly improves performance, however makes the game significantly more likely to crash to desktop for some reason I can't figure out.
