  simply drag and drop patch.dat & patch.fat in the data_win64 .......download and set up reshade and drop the WDE3-2012 RESHADE file into your bin folder and use it as the preset in your reshade to give it the colors of E3...

  This is the Definitive way to play WATCH DOGS , best E3 merge you can find around ,special credit goes to ken baker from youtube for some of the merge, and i added some of my own additional merges and tweaks to give you the best experience .............
  
  {INTRUCTIONS}
  
  Drag and drop the (PATCH.DAT) and the (PATCH.FAT) Along with the (Living_City_MOD_CONFIG) file into the data_win64 of your watch dogs directory 
  
  Use reshade to find your Watch Dogs EXE in the BIN folder in your watch dogs directory....Click on Directx11 then check mark the following
  (Astrayfx by blueskydefender)      (Vort shaders by vortigern11)     (Legacy effects) keep clicking next until reshade is set up..
  
  then drop the (WDE3-2012 RESHADE) Reshade file into your...
