dude, i got same problem... and btw Xenophobe... I hope you're kidding when you ask a person who wants to play watch dogs even better than it was ( better than Ultra maxed out ) if they have a DX11 enabled graphics card... c'mon
What you want do do is if you have win rar open the file up (download it again) and take a look at the main files in it. go through your data folder and delete the ones from the download it should work.
Thanks for releasing this. Worked like a charm. I was afraid of FPS drop or something, but game still runs well, even if I only have a gtx 770 2GB. For those with the same GPU, I'd recommand you put everything to max settings except shadows and reflections to high and AA to temporal SMAA. Looks pretty good like that, and very decent framerate. I will endorse as soon as I can, by the way
well it happened there but i removed the files and extracted the zip file again and it worked fine. don't know what caused that to happen though. http://i.imgur.com/dRSK9ii.png
