I installed the mod and stuff seems to sound pretty much the same with some minor differences which I'm not sure if the sounds actually changed or if it was just me. can you tell the biggest changes in sounds in this mod? like the rain being louder?
Its the subtlety of the world, that's why it's called "Ambience". It would be pretty annoying if dogs and car alarms were set to max. And the distance in which it plays heavily depend on where you are and what your doing, you'll most likely notice the mod in effect when your walking around or traversing in ambient spaces of the map like alleyways or back streets of the Wards which sound super hollow in the release. But the aim of this mod is too make it seem like stuff is going on in the world out of your vision so you get the sense that it's more immersive. Granted I should update this mod.
