Some Blokes Chicago Ambience Mod
This mod improves the ambient noises of Chicago. I simply played with the volume and edited the binary file which triggers the sounds. Most were broken or had dud sounds.
Thanks to 80s from the Watch Dogs Modding for helping with the testing.
