   What do you mean with "Patch" in "1. Move the contents of the Main folder to your patch." ?

   unfortunately when I install the 2012 build and remove the patch1dat it removes the top 3 menu  I wish there was a clear way to fix it

   Been using Classic UI today for a few hours but all of a sudden, this popup/notification came up and won't go away.
   
   I'd already unlocked all the ctOS boxes/towers in this district so I don't know why it's saying "Access is locked".
   
   EDIT: after finishing one of the quests in Act 1, this went away.
