   this works so good anytime i get a new tank i add it to this then i have a bunch of new skins

   I cannot access the download server for the installer. Is this installer required to install all skins?

      No you can just download the skinpack and install them manually. You just need to rename the texture.tga's correctly and but them with the tanks .blk in one folder.

   Where are the BLK files for the tanks? i can only find BIN files for them.
