Warhammer: Chaosbane ynm<->xml converter.

This console application allows for (de/en)crypting .ynm files to/from human readable xml format.
It can be launched directly and provided source/destination paths for recursive batch (de/en)cryption or a single file can be dragged and dropped to be converted directly,
in such case a converted file is placed in same folder as the application.
YNM files hold majority of configuration for the game and allow for lots of value tweaking.
