Please try running the program regularly, and/or with the default file browser. It's because of stupid Windows security things interacting with the UI library we use
Does this work on Linux / SteamDeck? - Not officially, this is a Windows only program. That being said, some people on Discord have reported getting Modfinder to work on Linux with some version of Proton/WINE, so your mileage may vary.
I see PF mods instead of RT mods! - (Not actually an FAQ but since one person threw such a big fit) Make sure you have downloaded the newest version of Modfinder off this Nexus page or my Github repo. If you still see Pathfinder mods, please show a screenshot of your Modfinder screen.

Fixed it. There was a duplicate version of Playable X that had a different folder name when that was updated. I deleted the old version and it fixed it.
This mod manager is great! I do have one request, if possible. Can you add a way to theme the font? I have my windows install modded to hell to keep white windows from appearing in dark mode, so I'm sure this is why the font is white. Beautiful UI, though!
I've been speaking to the person who originally did the UI for Modfinder (since I just ported this from the WotR version), and he says it's doable but I would have to rewrite the font handler, so it's unlikely to be fixed (because I don't write UI code) . Sorry
I am wondering why some mods I have installed have the option to go to Homepage (very handy) and others do not, is that manual labor on your side or the Modfinder not recognizing certain links when I installed such a mod?
They should all have homepages, so that is odd. I don't see any that are missing them at a quick glance. So yes, if you see some missing, let me know which ones specifically.

Those are mods that you downloaded and added to Modfinder yourself. Homepage only works on the curated list that I set. (Those mod authors aren't in the Discord and haven't gave permission for me to add to the curated list)
Oh apologies, I didn't understand it works that way. Actually now that I have you, I am installing a few more mods right now and suddenly noticed I have 2 entries for Project Bugfix (I am on version 1.4.10), just a bug report for Project Bugfix (lol).

I really tried to figure out the issue on my own but can't seem to figure it out. Last night i had this mod, and used it to download toybox and faster load times and it worked fine. Today when trying to play i tried adding a couple extra mods but now toy box isn't showing up in the mod manager (ingame when pressing ctrl + f10)
The mod finder cannot seem to find any of the mods I have, even the ones I had already installed. According to the log, it says it is failing to check the installed mods.
