About this mod
Edits Heinrix’s romance dialogue to detect your character’s gender rather than using she/her pronouns by default. If you romance Heinrix as a male Rogue Trader using Toybox’s Love is Free feature, he uses the correct pronouns for your character.

INSTALLATION:
First, install Toybox. Launch the game, open Toybox with CTRL+F10 and under Bag of Tricks > Dialogue check "Love is Free".
Download this mod's file and drop it into your Localization folder, overwriting the current "enGB.json" file. The file path should look something like this:
(Game install library)\Warhammer 40,000 Rogue Trader\WH40KRT_Data\StreamingAssets\Localization
To find the game's folders quickly, you can right click the game and select Manage > Browse local files (Steam) or Manage installation > Show folder (GOG).
If you are interested in using this edit as a runtime mod (to install via Steam Workshop, as well as making it more compatible with enGB edits) ADDB has kindly added the file to the Steam Workshop here!

DO I STILL NEED TOYBOX?
YES. This is not a Bi Heinrix mod, this just changes how the dialogue works during his romance to be in-line with the rest of the game by detecting your character’s gender flag. You still need Toybox to access the romance dialogue options that are hidden from male RTs.
DOES THIS AFFECT VOICED LINES/BANTER?
I'm not able to edit/cut audio files myself, so any voiced pronouns in Heinrix's dialogue will use she/her. I'm very sorry about that! If I had a better solution, I would do something about it, but my modding ability is rudimentary and I'm tragically limited to editing the text. As far as I'm aware, there are two instances of this: once in banter with Argenta, and once in the act 2 confession (in case you want to mute your sound briefly for immersion's sake).
DOES THIS AFFECT HEINRIX’S ROMANCE WITH A FEMALE RT?
Nope. The M/F version is unchanged.
IS THIS COMPATIBLE WITH X, Y, Z MODS?
This file is incompatible with any mod that edits enGB.json. However, if you would like to manually merge this mod with another, I’ve included the original lines you need to search for and how to replace them in the articles section.
WILL UPDATES BREAK THIS MOD?
Yes. Whenever an update changes the game’s text this mod will break, so expect most patches and DLC to require an update to this mod. I’ll get to it ASAP, and if there’s any new Heinrix lines in future content updates such as DLC, you can hurry me along by sending me a screenshot or writing out the specific line that needs to be changed and dropping me a comment! :)
I THINK THIS MOD BROKE SOMETHING!
My modding knowledge and tech support ability is limited, but my own game was extremely buggy before I made this thing anyway (Commorragh in particular…) and I’m fairly confident that my limited line edits shouldn’t break anything—the culprit might be Toybox or Owlcat themselves, but I’m also working blind here. If I did break something and you have an idea on how to fix it please let me know!

Delete “enGB.json” from the StreamingAssets\Localization folder and repair your game.
