Would it be possible to set manual values in future updates? The FOV slider for example is so hard to get (without modifying files manually of course.)
Hey is it possible to get an option to change the sensitivity slider to 3 decimal places? Also ty for this mod the original slider is awful this mod is a must have.
Hi, I'm so thankful for this and was asking this since the beta so I can use the exact same FOV and cm/360 as other games (including Vermintide 2).
I was wondering, can you give us even more decimal points for Mouse Sens? Or tell us where in the config we can add more decimals ourselves? I don't want to sound demanding, but with how low of a sensitivity I use, I would need 5 decimal points to get it exact hehe.
Without the ability to type in your sensitivity I was wary of making to so there's too many steps. If you want to modify it yourself you'd change the following lines.
params.min_value = 0.01 params.num_decimals = 2 params.step_size_value = 0.01 to
the slider doesn't let you input super-refined values but I figured out a way to match exact cm/360 based on this
simply figure out what your value should be from something like mouse-sensitivity.com, set the number of decimals to the decimals in the value, then set your desired value as the minimum
then just drag the slider all the way to the left to get your exact value
so my exact cm/360 @ cs:go fov is the following Warhammer 40,000: Darktide - HipfireSensitivity 1:Mouse Sensitivity 0.339624 360° Distance:45.2172 centimeters Pixel ratio:0.3177 pixels/count Config FOV:Field of View VFOV: 73.739795° Actual VFOV:73.739795 degrees Actual HFOV:106.260204 degrees Mod:Granular Settings
and i set my mouse_look_scale like so
if params.id == "mouse_look_scale" then params.min_value = 0.339624 params.num_decimals = 6 params.step_size_value = 0.000001
for the fov you can set it in game and then modify the decimals at the end in the user_settings.config file to match your desired fov
vertical_fov = 73.7398
and now my sensitivity/fov is matched exactly and feels just the same as cs:go!
hope that helps as a workaround until somebody figures out a way to do this inside the mod ui
