You need the base mod for this to work (link in the requirements) and this add-on must be below in your mod_load_order.txt
Remove the restriction of having to own a cosmetic to be able to use its attachments to customize your gear and add some friendly NPC parts.
Enemy NPC parts will come in a future update as they need some work to be included properly.
