hmm... it sounds simple but I couldn't replicate it. I tested with disabling pickup notification for the scripture and it worked properly so I didn't see any notifications when I picked up them.

Yes. Since the tracking coverage has become more extensive, I changed the basic functions and options of the mod.
In detail, Book Finder was originally designed to track items that can be picked up and stored in inventory. But Heretical Idol... That was a completely different type of item so I had to overhaul the entire mod.
