Enact The Emperor's will in clientside maps (Psykhanium, Prologue, Solo Play) and enable a cornucopia of bestowments. In addition to the options in mod settings, this also adds a /time command for setting the game's speed to a scale. For example, /time 0.25 sets it to a quarter of normal speed, /time 5 would be at 500% and /time 1 resets it to normal.
