I am new to modding, so it's quite possible I have done something stupid setting this up, but I keep running into a BACKEND ERROR message whenever I try to start the game with this launcher skip. Is anyone else running into this, or is this a skill issue on my part?
Works fine! Steam isn't a startup app for me, so if anyone (like me) occasionally forgets to boot up Steam before running the Launcherskip, there's a way to command the default steam shortcut to run the launcherskip, booting up Steam and the app in one go.
Spoiler:
Show
Right click Darktide through Steam
Properties
Under launch options, add the directory of launcherskip in quote marks followed by %command%
As far as I can tell your repo does not contain the source code for the executable, which is what is being asked for. The only things one could download from your repo are: 1) the launcher.exe (not the source code) 2) a readme (not the source code) 3) a AHK-script to fix multiple instances of the game running (not the source code)
Mind you I am no coder, but the source code missing is still evident to me.

@echo off
set SteamAppId=1361210
Darktide.exe --bundle-dir ../bundle --ini settings --backend-auth-service-url https://bsp-auth-prod.atoma.cloud --backend-title-service-url https://bsp-td-prod.atoma.cloud
Slap that in a .bat file in the directory with Darktide.exe and go nuts.
