Show players' account name on chat, lobby, nameplate, and team hud.

Hotkey to cycle styles.
Change sub name (name in brackets) size and color for each elements.
Hide your own account name (always show character name only) .
Known Issue:
Sometimes account names except your own on the HUD may appear as "N/A". This is due to the backend and it will be shown as properly after a few seconds.
Note:
The method to get account names is not intended to be used for elements that are not constantly updated, such as chat names. So if "N/A" is returned, the chat name won't be replaced until the name appears in the chat again.
