I extracted the archive and put the Gladius Prime revindicated folder in my mods folder, and the game just crashed twice when I started it. I'm not sure what I did wrong. I have no other mods
This mod is in active development (you can check the changelog masterlist) and I work on it almost daily. No crashes for me or those that playtested it. If it's not conflicting with any other mods and you're on the current patch of the game (1.13), then I'm left to think it's gotta be a folder issue:
Hey, this looks very interesting! Is there any chance I could give the rough finished version a try? If desired I could of course give feedback to you as well.
I'm giving it the finishing touches right now, really trying to get it ready for public release (I've been working on it for a year!). If I released it any earlier, the amount of patches/updates I would've had to make would border on the ludicrous (which might be a bit ~annoying~ for the end user).
That, and whenever I think I'm close to done, I find there's something else that could be improved (or a better or more elegant way to do something).

If you're on Discord, maybe sharing an image or crash log would help. I'm sure it must be an easy fix. https://discord.gg/adhwmngFsg
Either way, what's on Nexus is a little outdated. The "final" version should release sometime this month.

I could maybe share it privately later.
Feedback would be appreciated!
