Hey, Just started messing around with this and the two others (Fawful's allies, Hookas something). When both Mushroom kingdom & Fawful's allies are applied in a multiplayer game the game will crash if you select the arrow to go to bonus commanders. My guess is that the game is trying to fit too many commanders on screen at once so it gives an error and crashes instead.
I figure you mainly intended these mods for custom levels, but I figured I'd mention the crash regardless.
Also, when I went into a match with all 3 mods enabled and clicked on a village to look at units, the game said "Halley exception on resources" and kicked me back to the main menu.
