   The files have to be in the pack folder, no mods folder has to be created to have them working, at least for me though... this fps mod is not completely working, it stutters and also doesnt really go past the 30fps limit (example: i used the 120 limiter, it goes to 60-78-108 with strange stutters and also not eveything in the cutscene is at these framerates, some things in the background are still at 30... is there an actual way to force this without having stutters on the video cutscenes?
   
   EDIT: is like not all the cutscene has the fps issue, but in some moments the cutscene has 120 fps, in other parts of the video the frames drop almost to 60, then do 78, 108, 90, is super inconsistent ;( why SE sucks this much in doing things
