Catches when URLs are put in chat and makes them accessible

You cannot normally access URLs in chat with the default interface, which can be annoying when sharing things. This plugin makes links accessible through a small interface.
installation:
Add and remove like any normal plugin.
usage:
/url and /urlsnatcher open a list menu where you can select any URLs spoken this game session. If you don't select an option, the game website is opened instead.
Compatible with, but does not require, Neoloader.
Stellar Chat Overhaul (not yet released) includes the functionality of URL Snatcher, and therefor makes it redundant if you have SCO already.
