You are probably trying use the mod on a existing save. Delete everything from VTMR/Crypt/SaveGames/AoR_Saves if using AoR and start a new game. This should fix the issue.
Hey, I got it to work with the mod, I'm not sure if you're still looking, but it might help others as well. First I backed up the "Vampire.exe" and the "Vampire_aor.exe" into a new folder, just in case. then I copied the "ui" folder and the "Vampire.exe" into "Vampire The Masquerade - Redemption" game directory ,and overwrote the original exe. After that I deleted the "Vampire_aor.exe" then recopied the mod's "Vampire.exe" which I then renamed to be "Vampire_aor"
Then I started the game from the AOR configure from the AOR folder, and proceeded as normal, from a previous save (So you shouldn't have to make a new game) and the mod was working.
I'm not sure how much you have to do, but these are the step I took to make it work.
Guys you cannot just rename the files what we have here is based on the vanilla Vampire.exe the extend of the modification done in Vampire_AoR.exe its a different story. The game will be runnig in vanilla mode but Age of Redemption mod it self wont work.
Dear Telda, The discovery of your mod has opened my eyes. I can't find documentation online on how to modify the in-game UI like you have, for I have plans on upscaling it; but to do that I need to know how did you find the original TGA files for the UI? I would message you directly, but it's either not obvious or not possible.
To find these images, (UI or materials) is simple. Localize your game resource files (in main installation directory), there are some files with "nob" extension. These files looks like zip (PK header in binary). So you have to open with you preferred packager. (When you use TotalCommander, you only have to press Ctrl+PgDn)
Example the file "Local_Eng.nob" you will find an "ui" folder and there a lots of TGA for the UI.
I actually made a lot of texture mods for this game a few years back. I'll upload it here if I find that Hard Drive anywhere. Great game! Thanks for uploading the mod.

(Because some years ago I have tried to fix that program features, but it is not works similar to the singleplayer (stash, lvl) system.)
Did this ever get modded to work with Age of Redemption, or did it already?
