I THINK i was able to fix the Dane level- but i'm not sure, there's still issues with moving from hub to hub. it still crashes. This means i will need to Properly sit on it and rework the files even further and try to shrink everything down. But please for now- keep giving me data.
- I added a Brighter UI for heavy signted people - I updated maps to the 11.5 version - I made a "Code Only" download so you now can grab just the maps and the code files. - I adjusted everything you guys told me
So again, i want to try to get info and i'll try to reduce textures / files down more- next update. keep giving me data, thank you.
I Know i'm late but i gathered enough info about problems and i Hope in August to go into it again. life gets in the way but i will be able to get into it hopefully soon
I don't remember what you are talking about lol. is that the poster at the parking lot? if i switched it i probably found it more aesthetic and story pleasing.
ohh that's animation of the game, it's not something i control. i have only swapped the model of the character, that's how the game operates. there's nothing anyone can do about it as far as i know.
Sweet as. I noticed btw, that female_1 from NPCs Improved in the Other section, their NPC has their mouth moving when you bump into them. Will you be looking at a way to have your female_1 do this as well? I tried changing the skin myself but didn't have much luck.
Just curious of the resolution of the Normal, Diffuse, Specular, Cubemap and Env Mask are like? I assume the Diffuse and Specular would be about the same px but normal would be half or a quarter the size to keep the RGBA layers consistent but performance friendly and env and cubemaps would be 10-20px.
hi! ok so- for this game to run-ish i can do Reflections and i can do Color. if you do bumpmaps for this old engine the game can't cope well. Envmaps i have tried- i could not replace the originals at all- IF YOU ARE ABLE TO PLEASE TELL ME. there are locations i would like to replace the Envmap to fit MY designs and upscale those reflections. don't go above 2k. period.
You may want to look at this. This will probably be the future of modding for this game as all graphical mods are handled outside the engine, and all the reflective material you need is there at nearly any resolution. ....UPDATE: So far yet, it's working together perfectly, including the textures from the hands improvement texture mod + improved eyes texture mod. Only played in Santa Monica yet, tho. Sent some screenshots, just have to approve them. Thanks for this mod! :)
the hands are compatible. my characters have eye colors that are not present in the vanilla version so i don't know what is actually used in the game by adding this mod which is actually scaled Too high and there's no actual reason for that scale. happy playing!
The old engine of this game has it's own limits, can crash already at some places... So far yet I only had few random crashes only in Downtown area, tho... But if textures more increased, files getting even bigger, I think that could further increase crashes.

I noticed World Assets Improved does a similar thing. Were you inspired by that work? It replaces the bilboard above Vesuvius.
However, I managed to test the floating ponytail and confirmed it's definitely this mod.

Deletion of annoying Music Files was my Fix now so far.

Anyway, I experiment with this mod Character eyes Improved at Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines Nexus - Mods and community to add to your mod, since it's just looks too good to pass. ^^
