Love this mod, but had a lot of trouble with the depth.  Aside from the text getting blurred, this causes problems with a number of particle effects, making them blocky (most notably smoke effects, but it can be seen elsewhere).  Scroll lock disables this, but it also disables everything else about the mod.  So I determined to find a workaround to keep the filter effects while disabling the depth blur and I found it.

If you open the ReShade FX file with notepad near the bottom you should find depth = 1.f/(1000.f-999.f*depth).  Make that 1 a higher number (I set it to 999 to confirm it works, but you can adjust how you prefer), save and you can keep the rest of the effects while removing the blur.

Extract with 7zip then drop into the main VTMB file.
    In the Read Me:
"press scroll lock to turn off reshade to disable DoF effect in charecter menu
press shift+f12 to turn off enb, in some close areas it look better

How did you activate the mod? Where should the mod be placed if the unofficial patch is available?Your explanations are clearly insufficient, not everyone masters the art of modding or knows where to place everything by heart, all nexus mods on vampires are a hassle with almost no explanation for those who don't know much or nothing, it's starting to to be inflating to have to spend whole days wanting to make mods work WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING EXPLANATION!!!!! NOT EVERYONE HAS THE SAME LEVEL!

It goes to the MAIN Folder, the "Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines" folder. Not Vampire, not Unofficial Patch.

"...Have you never downloaded an enb or reshade mod before? This one just needs to be extracted wherever and then copy-pasted to the main folder,
or straight up just extracted to the main folder. That's it. It's
      braindead easy.
There are much, much more complex mods to install than this; maybe modding isn't for you. "
Angy and edgy little monster ya are.
Can you actually ANSWER the question in DETAIL? How about some "don't mess with the Bin,etc." ffs...Like it's difficult being a good helpful person... "just drag and drop" huh so if it doesn't work, then what?
Do you mod? because anything can break the game, try modding Fallout NV for once.

So for anyone having a problem to get this to work. I am using the newest patch 11.3. If you have a previous enb installed delete it. Then place this into the VTMB folder the Folder itself. And fire and everything looks much better. Also the posters for the female Vampires Damn they look good. A separate mod.

Did anyone manage to use these settings with the latest version of Reshade?

This version looks MUCH better than standard (and updated) reshade, but unfortunately it’s causing a few crashes for me, especially after cutscenes.

GORGEUS, with other high res. texture mods  it feels like  a whole new game  but even with high specs system (as modder mentioned in the description) it drops fps way too much ,  if you want to take in-game pictures it is awesome but is it playable? Not for me. It drops to the point that when i try to feed, i have to stop feeding halfway or it kills the prey due to fps related lag. Feels like 125+ ping if you know what i mean. And if anyone fixed fps drop or even slight improvement i'd appriciate the help.

Mod is great, has a few flaws but overall brings the game forward in looks by several years. The lighting is perfect, it hides tons of seams and harsh lines, and greatly enhances the textures. Just have to mess around with some of the file settings, but it's nice to not have to download reShade to get the best looking reshade for the game.

Not only broke the game itself, but the PC session entirely.
