  I realized the original guide was a little incomplete and unclear, so here's mine....
  
  
  choose one npc (for this tutorial I have chosen Zhao)after you've done a backup file, open its .dlg file with Notepad, you can find it in
  
  
  /dlg/chinatown
  
  go to the end of the file, you should see several lines which have the text "(Starting Condition)" at the beginning. In the line above the first "(Starting Condition)" edit it. Inside the first pair of bracket (where there's a number) don't edit it. Inside the second pair add
