   I didn't know you could do textures with animated frames in vtmb, figured that was a newer feature of source engine

      I only knew because of DDLullu's arcade textures (which were added to the UP+ however long ago), and I figured this mod would be a good way to try it myself. Of course, I only needed two frames. :)
