I like the concept, but as is its hard to want to use.
I have a mountain base, so when Odin gets mad at me, he sends rain (instead of snow) which makes it a double punishment due to the freezing debuff. Perhaps the punishment weather should respect Biomes?
Weather does not seem to apply to multiplayer. Odin can be mad at me, but happy at a teammate and we can experience completely different weathers in the same spot. Maybe you could synchronize this somehow? Ideally only one person would need to pray and their result would be to everyone nearby
Odin is too mean and doesn't grant my wish very often. Instead of straight out making it easier, perhaps increase the chance of Odin granting my request based on how long it's been since I've last prayed? If I don't annoy him everyday, seems like he'd be more likely to grant my request. Or perhaps base it on number of bosses killed, where he's more and more pleased with us for beating the game.
Greenskye! Thanks for the comments. I can definitely make his anger more biome specific and may introduce configurable parameters on chance to let you tweak the response.

I haven't tested this fully in multiplayer (just me alone and a dedicated server) but will see if there's a way to force the behavior. The Client/Server relationship in this game is a little unique. :D
Added the ability to modify the base chance of success, Odin returns more appropriate weather based on your zone, and unique kills (Your trophy wall) at 2% per kill. I don't want to sort out "Bosses" until I can figure out an easy way to determine how many you've killed that won't require updating the mod as new bosses are released,.

Valheim's MP is definitely 'special' sometimes. I noticed that if you cheat the weather via something like SKToolbox this isn't synchronized in MP either, so seems like a base game limitation.
I'm only partially responsible for Odin's behavior :D But seriously, do let me know if it's a bit much. I tried to be fair. The odds are 66% against you, and of those 66% of the times he doesn't want to help, 25% of THAT time he'll get angry and you'll get a Thunderstorm.
Cool idea! Building a castle in a rainy swamp is less than pleasant, and making it a prayer that doesn't always work feels immersive rather than a cheat. Definitely going to give it a try!

and i tried over 30-40 times....
I wonder if I can pray to Týr for some extra might in battle, or Freyja for my crops to grow faster, or Loki for... best not, that one.
